Cancellation & Refund Policy

The tour and travel services purchased through Ramo software and travel LLC are inherently dependent on third-party providers (airlines, hotels, etc.). To provide a fair and transparent service, our cancellation and refund conditions are as follows:

1. Cancellations by the Customer

All tour or service cancellation requests must be submitted to our company in writing via email ([Your Email Address]). Refund amounts are determined by the proximity of the cancellation request to the tour start date:

  • 30 days or more before the tour date: 100% refund, deducting processing fees, non-refundable flight/train tickets, and visa costs (if any).

  • 15 to 29 days before the tour date: 50% refund of the total tour price.

  • Less than 14 days before the tour date or No-show: No refund will be issued (0% refund).

2. Cancellations by the Company

Ramo software and travel LLC reserves the right to cancel a tour due to operational reasons or insufficient participation. In such cases, the customer will be offered two options:

  • A full (100%) refund of the amount paid, with no deductions.

  • The opportunity to join an alternative tour of equal value.

3. Force Majeure

If a tour is canceled due to unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control (Force Majeure)—such as natural disasters, pandemics, border closures, acts of war, terrorism, or airline strikes—Ramo software and travel LLC will make its best effort to refund the customer based on the amounts recovered from suppliers (hotels, airlines, etc.). Service fees and non-refundable third-party expenses cannot be refunded.

4. Non-Refundable Services

No refunds will be issued under any circumstances for the following services:

  • Visa consulting and application fees.

  • Travel health and trip cancellation insurance.

  • Promotional flight tickets and hotel reservations sold with a “Non-Refundable” condition.

5. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed and credited back to your original payment method (credit card or bank account) within 7 to 14 business days from the date of cancellation approval. Depending on your bank’s processing times, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
